VIJAY KRANTI

Chairman CHASE, is a senior Indian journalist, Tibetologist and a keen China watcher. He has been watching Tibet-China-India triangle since 1972. As a journalist he has been on the staff of leading media groups like India Today, Voice of America (VOA), German Radio Deutsche Welle (DW), BBC World (India), Zee News, Aaj Tak TV and DD News TV. As author, photographer, editor and translator he has over a dozen books to his credit which include his coffee-table book “Dalai Lama – the Nobel Peace Laureate Speaks”; Coffee-table book on Gujarati Kites “Strings of a Timeless Tradition”; famous comic book “Dalai Lama – The Soldier of Peace”; and Style Book of Discovery Chanel (Hindi). As an active photographer his aesthetic photo study of Tibetan life in exile and inside Chinese controlled Tibet is among the largest and longest one-man photo studies on Tibet. His solo photography exhibitions have been on show in various countries which include India, Austria, Australia, Germany, Switzerland, Japan and Spain.

O.P. DUTTA

A veteran journalist with deep understanding of political and social developments in India and South Asia. Having family roots in Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir (POJK) he has been a keen observer of India-Pakistan relations. Retired as Director News, Doordarshan. Worked for about 40 years as editor and correspondent in All India Radio, Doordarshan and Hindustan Times group of publications. Specializes in writing commentaries  on current topics for print and broadcast media. Wide experience as a teacher in journalism.

AAYUSHI KETKAR

is Assistant Professor at the Special Centre for National Security Studies at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), N. Delhi. She specializes in international relations and national security studies. Her previous academic associations include Gautam Buddha University, Amity University, Symbiosis, Bhonsala Military College, Nashik and think tanks like Institute of Peace & Conflict Studies and Jammu Kashmir Study Centre. She is an Author, Educationist and Corporate Trainer. She is a regular contributor to various magazines and newspapers on Defence, Governance & National Security Issues. She has contributed to many prestigious national & international seminars as a resource person and was a member of the organizing team of the United Nations Conference on Future Threats. Books, authored by her include: “ALTERNATE APPROACHES TO SECURITY” (Samskriti Publishers, N. Delhi, 2005); “NATO AND EUROPEAN DIALOGUES WITH INDIA” (KAF Publication, N.Delhi, 2005); “RSS Interviews” (Suruchi Publications, 2015) and; “GEOPOLITICS OF THE HIMALAYAS” (Pentagon Press, 2019

GONPO DHUNDUP

is a senior community leader among the Tibetan Diaspora. Currently he is the President of Tibetan Youth Congress (TYC).  A post graduate in Public Policy from the OP Jindal Global University he has carved a special place for himself as a political strategist and ideologue who is engaged in giving creative direction to the Tibetan youth community. TYC is the largest socio-political organization of Tibetan community in exile which has functioned as the main nursery of nurturing social, political and cultural leadership in exile. With deep commitment to values of non-violence and Universal-Responsibility as promoted by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Gonpo Dhundup is powerful voice of present Tibetan young generation.
